HOW LONG DO I GET?" You can book our ballroom between 11am-4pm or from 5pm to 10pm which includes 4 hours for your event and 1 hour of setup
AND WHAT'S INCLUDED? Napkins, silverware, glasses, tables, chairs, covers, sound system, dance floor, private entrance, restrooms, coat room + cleanup (phew!)
WHAT ABOUT SERVERS? Your bartender and 2 experienced servers will tend to you and your guests for up to 4 hours. Extra staff available for a small upcharge.
AND A SOUND SYSTEM IS INCLUDED? Yes, we offer it at no charge when we cater! Use our automated house playlist, or plug in your own device! ...or hire our DJ!
WHAT IF I HAVE UNDER 50 PEOPLE? We have a front-of-house party area for up to 30, or we can divide the ballroom with drapery for just a small upcharge
DO YOU HAVE A MICROPHONE? An open mic is included with our house sound system. Wireless mics are available at no extra charge when you use our house DJ
CAN WE HIRE OUR OWN VENDORS? Yes, as long as they are registered businesses, insured, plan with us in advance, and have verifiable professional references
DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS? Yes! We discount when you pay ahead in full, book a non-Saturday, non-holiday-weekend date, or between Nov. 1 & April 1
ARE THERE ANY FEES? Just your reservation and security deposit then tax and gratuity! Setup is required to stock your bar and so is delivery if we travel off-site.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS? We don't allow glue, glitter, tape or open flames. Children must be closely monitored. We reserve the right to cut off alcohol at our sole discretion
WHAT HAPPENS ON A TOUR? You'll sample some amazing food, meet and discuss your ideas with our coordinator and see if we're the right fit for you!
IS THERE ANY OBLIGATION? We offer several house-menu samples at your tasting. We charge extra for special orders, but refund you 100% if you decide to book!
