HOW LONG DO I GET? You can book our ballroom exclusively all-day for a formal event, or from 11am-4pm or 5pm to 10pm, allowing 4 hours for your event plus time to set up.
AND WHAT'S INCLUDED? Plates, napkins, flatware, glasses, tables, chairs, covers, dance floor, separate entrance, private restrooms, deck, coat room, lounge areas, free parking and cleanup! (phew!)
WHAT ABOUT SERVERS? Your bartender and 2 experienced servers will tend to you and your guests for up to 4 hours. Extra staff available for a small upcharge.
AND YOU HAVE A SOUND SYSTEM? Yes, we offer it at no charge when we cater! We also have a mic! You can use our automated house playlist, or stream music from your own device! Better yet, why not book our DJ?
CAN WE HIRE OUR OWN VENDORS? Yes! They must be insured, registered businesses, have verifiable professional references and meet with our coordinator in advance.
WHAT IF I HAVE UNDER 50 PEOPLE? We have a front-of-house party area for up to 30, or we can divide the ballroom with drapery for just a small upcharge
DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS? Yes! We offer discounts on many non-Saturday, non-holiday-weekend dates between Nov. 1 & April 1 and when you pay ahead in full.
ARE THERE ANY FEES? Just your reservation and security deposit then tax and gratuity! Setup is required to stock your bar and so is delivery if we travel off-site.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS? Children must be monitored at all times. We reserve the right to stop serving alcohol at our discretion. We also don't allow glue, glitter, tape, tacks, open flames or outside equipment to be brought in.
WHAT HAPPENS ON A TOUR? You'll sample some amazing food, meet and discuss your ideas with our coordinator and see if we're the right fit for you!
IS THERE ANY OBLIGATION? We offer several house-menu samples at your tasting. We charge extra for special orders, but refund you 100% if you decide to book!
